This policy explains how JapanMarketing LLC handles information for Garakuta Dash and this official website.
Data stored on your device
Game progress, scores, coins, completed jobs, appearance and settings are stored on your device. A rolling record of up to 200 gameplay events also stays on the device. The game does not transmit this data to us. It does not include account registration, advertising, tracking or behavioral analytics. Fonts and audio are bundled.
Website delivery
The browser game and website use Cloudflare for delivery and security. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and request information for these purposes, including on infrastructure outside your country. We do not use this information for personalized advertising. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details of its processing.
Support messages
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use these to answer your question and resolve the issue, and retain them only as long as needed for that purpose or legal obligations. Avoid sending passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal information. Our email provider processes messages to deliver this support. We do not sell personal information.
Legal basis and protection of information
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we process support messages to respond to your request and, where applicable, to perform our agreement with you; necessary delivery and security processing serves our legitimate interests in running and protecting the service. Legal obligations may require us to retain or disclose information. We limit access to support information to those who need it and use appropriate security measures. If we rely on consent for additional processing, we will request it separately and you can withdraw it. We do not use automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects. You can ask us about service providers, international transfers and applicable safeguards using the contact below.
YouTube Playables version
A dedicated edition is being prepared for YouTube Playables. When it runs inside YouTube, game progress, scores, earned coins and appearance use YouTube’s save feature instead of local game storage. We do not send local diagnostic event history or language preferences as save data. Language and audio preferences are supplied by YouTube. YouTube processes information under its own privacy policy. This edition is not yet available to the public on YouTube.
Your choices and requests
To delete local game data, clear this website’s stored data in your browser or delete the installed app and its data. This removes local progress; we cannot restore it or synchronize it across devices. Device backups may retain copies under your device settings. To request access, correction or deletion of support information, contact us at the address below. Rights of objection, restriction and data portability may apply depending on your location; you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children and privacy
The game does not ask for a name, date of birth or other personal details. Children should ask a parent or guardian before contacting support. If a child has sent personal information unnecessarily, a parent or guardian can contact us to request deletion.
Error reports
To find and fix bugs, the app and browser versions send error reports to Sentry (Functional Software, Inc., United States) when an error occurs in the game. A report contains the error and where it happened, the app version, and the device, OS and browser type. It does not include saved data such as progress, scores or coins, accounts, contact details or advertising identifiers, and it is not used to identify you. Sentry may process your IP address to receive the report; we configure it not to store IP addresses or any location derived from them. The YouTube Playables version does not send error reports.
Policy updates
We will publish updates here with an effective date. If we introduce a material change to how information is handled, we will provide an appropriate notice and obtain consent where required before the change applies.
