Terms of use

These terms cover the browser game and related services operated by JapanMarketing LLC. For an app obtained from a store, applicable store terms also apply. Apple’s Standard EULA governs the license for an App Store edition; these terms do not replace it. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Playing the game
We grant you a non-exclusive right to play the game for personal use in accordance with applicable law and these terms. The game and its components remain subject to their respective rights and licenses. Do not infringe others’ rights, disrupt delivery of the game or remove rights notices contrary to applicable licenses. Open-source license permissions and rights provided by law remain unaffected.
Cost and in-game coins
The current version is free and has no advertising or real-money purchases. Coins are earned in the game, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. They unlock cosmetic options without changing gameplay strength. Any future paid offering will explain its price and conditions before purchase; it is not offered under the current version.
Progress and availability
Progress is saved locally. Clearing site data, deleting app data or changing devices can cause loss of progress. We do not provide cloud saves or guaranteed compatibility with every device. We will make reasonable efforts to address reported faults. For material changes or discontinuation, we will provide appropriate notice where practicable and required by law.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer protections, including rights in your country of residence. Liability for other matters is determined under applicable law. If you experience a problem, contact support so we can investigate.
Changes to these terms
We will publish revised terms with an effective date. Material changes will be communicated appropriately, and consent will be requested when required by law. Changes do not remove rights you already have under mandatory law.
